Hermes Logistics Technologies (HLT) is moving dnata Amsterdam to its new cloud-based cargo management system called Hermes 5 Software as a Service (SaaS). This transition is part of a larger project between dnata and HLT to enhance control, operational efficiency, and oversight at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. The move simplifies cargo handling processes and allows HLT to manage and support the system in the cloud, freeing dnata to focus on cargo processing. Benefits include improved security, messaging capabilities, and access to HLT's applications. This migration is part of a series of transitions to Hermes 5 SaaS across Europe, with the next one planned for Brussels Airport in the coming year.
