KLM and MAERSK AIR have reunited in closer co-operation by signing a codeshare agreement that covers the three daily flights operated by MAERSK AlR between Billund and Amsterdam.

The new co-operation is scheduled to start on October 28" when the coming winter traffic programme commences.

This agreement offers a range of advantages for the travellers to West Denmark. First of all, KLM and their partners can now offer direct KLM service from more than 400 destinations around the World directly to Billund - the International Airport of West Denmark - by using the short cut from Amsterdam to Billund.

At Billund Airport, the travellers may take advantage of the bus services to surrounding cities or even use the feeder flight from Billund to Aalborg.

Travellers will also benefit from access to KLM lounges worldwide, provided they are in possession of tickets qualifying for this service, or if they are a member of the Flying Dutchman Frequent Flyer Programme.

In addition to the time saved by avoiding the time consuming detour via Copenhagen Airport, this co-operation also enables KLM to offer better pricing from abroad into Billund.
