Murmansk Airport reconstruction scheduled to be completed by 2025

Announced by Yulia Polyektova, the Minister of Transport for the region, the project includes two main contracts: one for the airport complex reconstruction and another for building a new 7,065 sqm domestic terminal with a capacity of 400 passengers per hour.  Work began in summer and will include the installation of two boarding bridges. 

Additionally, the project will include the expansion of the apron and the construction of new transport  infrastructure facilities.

The installation of an outdoor lighting network on the road from the airport will be completed by the end of 2024.
